Polyglass LRF – PG ECO

Product Description

Polyglass LRF-PG ECO is a two-component, low rise, solvent-free, polyurethane foamable adhesive. Application is quick & easy and adhesive sets in minutes resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Polyglass LRF-PG ECO is packaged in dual pressurized canisters and dispensed utilizing a disposable adhesive applicator assembly and 25′ hoses. Polyglass LRF-PG ECO does not contain HFC-134a or other high Global Warming Potential (GWP) propellants. This product is approved for use in all US markets that regulate ozone depleting substances.

Polyglass Standard Roof Grip Drill Point Fastener

The Polyglass Standard RoofGrip® Drill Point Fastener (#12) is designed to secure insulation to steel (18 Ga.–24 Ga. [1.25–0.65 mm]) and wood. It is available in lengths from 1 5∕8″ to 8″ (40 to 200 mm). The Polyglass Standard RoofGrip Drill Point Fastener is Factory Mutual approved.

Polyglass Heavy Duty Fastener

The Polyglass Heavy Duty Roofing Fastener (#14) is designed to secure insulation to steel (1.25 to 0.75 mm), wood and structural concrete decks. Heavy Duty Fasteners can also be used to secure membrane to wood and concrete decks. The fastener is available in lengths from 1 ¼” – 24″ (30 to 610 mm), and is Factory Mutual approved.

Polyglass Extra Heavy Duty Fastener

The Polyglass Extra Heavy Duty Roofing Fastener (#15) is a specialized, high-performance fastener designed to secure roofing materials to certain light gauge steel (20 Ga. [0.95
mm] and lighter), OSB and plywood roof decks. It is available in lengths from 2″ – 16″ (50 to 405 mm) and is Factory Mutual approved.

Polyglass CD-10

The Polyglass CD-10 is a hammer-in, non-threaded fastener designed to secure insulation to structural concrete. This fastener is available in 2″ – 12″ (50 mm to 305 mm) lengths. The CD-10 is Factory Mutual approved.

Features and Benefits

  • Diamond point allows easier installation and less chance of hole damage.
  • Split bulb exerts pressure on walls of hole, producing remarkable holding power.
  • Strongest hammer-in fastener available.
  • Typical pullout values in cured concrete (3000 psi / 20 MPa) are over 800 lbs (363.2 kg).
  • A pullout test is recommended.
  • The Polyglass CD-10 is FM approved.

Polyglass 3″ Ribbed Galvalume® Plates

Polyglass Steel Plates are made of Galvalume® coated steel. The round design provides an even distribution of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation.

These plates are designed to be used with Polyglass fasteners to secure insulation.
