Modibase is a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a fiberglass mat. The reinforcement is saturated and coated with a rubberized asphaltic compound with exceptional waterproofing and weathering properties. Modibase is designed for use as a base sheet for mechanically attached systems. Modibase may be used as a base and/or interply membrane for systems using hot asphalt or cold process adhesives.

Polyglass Ply IV
Polyglass Ply IV is manufactured with a heavyweight fiberglass mat containing heat-cured resinous binders. The high strength glass mat is saturated with asphalt, giving Polyglass Ply IV excellent strength and weathering characteristics, as well as a uniform porosity for ease in application.
Polyglass Ply IV is a ply sheet used in hot mopped roofing applications and may be the basic ply sheet used in all smooth and gravel surfaced roofing systems requiring the ASTM D2178 Type IV felt.
Meets or exceeds ASTM D2178.

Elastobase® V
Elastobase V is a high quality Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a high quality fiberglass mat which provides strength and excellent dimensional stability. The proprietary SBS compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Elastobase V is designed for use as a base ply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.
The top and bottom surfaces are available in sand or factory applied burn-off film.
Elastobase V is intended for use as a base ply or interply membrane and designed to be installed in mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastobase V can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.
Polybase V
Polybase V is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane base sheet, reinforced with a fiberglass mat. The proprietary APP compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Polybase V is designed for use as a base ply or interply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.
The top and bottom surfaces of Polybase V are finished with polyolefin film. Application methods include mechanically attached or heat-welded. Successive system layers can be heat welded with a ply of Polyflex or Polyflex G cap sheets.
