Polyflash MPS is a 100% solids one-component, hybrid polymer joint sealant, designed to withstand severe environmental conditions encountered in roofing, waterproofing and other industrial applications. The technology in Polyflash MPS results in a product which withstands ponding water quickly and adheres to most materials found in roofing and waterproofing.
Uses
Polyflash MPS is designed to be used at various moving joints such as but not limited to: counter- flashings, expansion and control joints, door thresholds and window sills, precast concrete joints, masonry, and metal flashings. It exhibits tenacious adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including roof tile, asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, EPDM, PVC, urethanes, acrylics, aluminum, vinyl, steel, glass, marble, brick, concrete, wood and many plastics.

The Polyflash Flexible Curb Kit is a roof penetration sealing kit which includes an aluminum reinforced flexible polymer curb (52″) which can be cut to form multiple curbs, along with a 10.1 oz cartridge of Polyflash HPS to adhere the curb to the membrane, stainless steel locking clips, and a 2 L pouch of Polyflash 1PS to fill the curb. The flexible design of the curb is easily shaped to any sized geometry without special tools or custom forms.
Uses
This innovative curb material can accommodate any penetrations found on roofs including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, solar, etc. Once the curb is set and filled with the Polyflash 1PS, it forms an instant waterproof seal.
