PolyBrite® 31 CB

PolyBrite 31 CB is a water-based Styrene Acrylic elastomeric coating that cures to form a seamless reflective barrier when applied over approved roofing substrates. PolyBrite 31 CB is specifically formulated for hot dry climates and extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems by providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather conditions. Its highly reflective properties keep the roof surface cool resulting in reduced building energy cost in high temperate conditions.

PolyBrite 31 CB exhibits wet hide during installation and dry hide once cured. The product’s flexibility allows it to expand and contract to accommodate normal roof movement, therefore avoiding surface damage. Exceptional product flow and leveling characteristics results in ease of application.

PolyBrite® 55

PolyBrite 55 is an Elastomeric Roof Coating specially developed for application over new Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof systems. Formulated for superior adhesion over foam. Employs a highly flexible acrylic polymer for enhanced thermal expansion and contraction capabilities typical of roofing foam surfaces.

Mapeseal®️ GC

SINGLE-COMPONENT, FAST-CURING, MONOLITHIC WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE THAT CAN BE APPLIED TO DAMP AND GREEN CONCRETE

Mapeseal GC is a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, moisture-curing, structural waterproofing membrane that will not shrink and is VOC compliant in virtually all municipalities. Very low in odor, it is well suited for use in and around occupied spaces. Thanks to advanced proprietary technology, this single grade membrane can be used on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, as well as, for green concrete applications.

For critical applications, the system can be reinforced with Mapeseal Fabric. Mapeseal GC can be applied by roller, brush, trowel, or squeegee.

LOW-VOC, SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE PRIMER FOR MAPETHENE LT60 / HT60

This quick-drying, high-tack adhesive primer is specifically formulated to promote maximum adhesion when using Polyglass waterproofing membranes.
