Polyflex®

Polyflex is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a superior non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The premium APP compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance. Polyflex is designed for use as base, interply, or cap sheet in multilayer low-slope assemblies.

The top is constructed with a smooth sand surface while the bottom has a factory applied burn-off film for heat welding applications.

Successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Polyflex or Polyflex G cap sheets. Polyflex is an approved mechanically attached base sheet for the Velociflex system.

Polybond®

Polybond membranes are polyester reinforced Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing products specially designed for heat-welded applications. Constructed with premium APP resins, and incorporating strong polyester reinforcing, Polybond provides a durable roofing product which is easy to install and will provide long-term weathering performance. With a smooth surface and a polyolefin backing, Polybond exceeds all minimum ASTM standards for tear strength and elongation. Polybond membranes can also be used as flashing membranes in all applicable specifications, in accordance with recommended installation practices.

Polybond® G

Polybond G is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a non-woven polyester reinforcement that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary APP compound offers high quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties.

Polybond G is designed for use as cap sheet in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.

Polybond G has a granular top surface in multiple color options and film bottom surface for torch applied application.

Polybond G membranes can also be used as flashing membranes in all applicable specifications, in accordance with recommended installation practices.

Polyflex® Talc

Polyflex is an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified bitumen roofing membrane with a superior non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The premium APP compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance. Polyflex is designed for use as base, interply, or cap sheet in multilayer low-slope assemblies.

The top is constructed with a factory-applied “dry talc” surface while the bottom has a burn-off film.

Successive system layers can be heat welded with an additional ply of Polyflex or Polyflex G cap sheets.

Elastobase® P

Elastobase P is a high quality Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a strong non-woven polyester mat that provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as excellent tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary SBS compound offers quality waterproofing and weathering physical properties. Elastobase P is designed for use as a base ply layer in multi-layer low-slope assemblies.

Elastobase P is available in sand or factory applied burn-off film on both top and bottom surfaces. Application methods include mechanically attached, hot asphalt, heat-welded, or as part of cold-applied system. When the top of membrane is surfaced with film, Elastobase P can be used as a base sheet in self-adhered systems.

Elastobase P can be used as part of a Polyglass warranted multiply system when combined with a variety of Polyglass base sheets and cap sheets.
