Re: Hurricane Milton Update – Post-Storm Status
Hurricane Milton has passed through Florida, and we sincerely hope everyone remained safe. We appreciate your patience as we worked to ensure the safety of our team and facilities during this time.
Winter Haven Facility Update:
- Winter Haven Plant Closure: The Winter Haven plant will remain closed on Friday, October 11, to allow for further safety assessments and cleanup efforts.
- Reopening Schedule: Shipping and Receiving operations are set to resume on Monday, October 14, during normal business hours.
We are continuing to leverage our nationwide network of manufacturing facilities and customer service centers to maintain product availability and support as the state begins to recover.

Important Update for Our Winter Haven Facility:
- Winter Haven, FL Plant Closure:
This facility will be closed on Wednesday, October 9, and Thursday, October 10. - We anticipate reopening on Friday, October 11 at 7:00 AM EST.
