PG SFA

PG SFA – solvent free adhesive, is a proprietary hybrid polymer adhesive specifically engineered to serve as a cold-applied bonding agent. A single component, moisture cure adhesive, it is designed for secure attachment of SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen base sheets as well as SBS modified bitumen cap sheets, whether smooth or granulated, ensuring strong adhesion without the need for heat or open flames. As part of the PG adhesive product line, it is specifically tailored for markets and regions where strict environmental regulations are in place, focusing on minimizing VOC emissions to comply with building codes.

Features and Benefits

  • Low odor
  • Flexible with cohesive properties
  • Eliminates the need for kettles and torches
  • Excellent weatherability (Not intended for permanent exposure)
  • Non-destructive to asphalt based roofing membranes
  • Solvent and Isocyanate free

Polystrip™ SA

Polyglass Polystrip SA is a self-adhering waterproofing tape composed of a slip resistant surface and UV resistant film laminated to an aggressive elastomeric (SBS) modified asphalt adhesive. The adhesive is protected by a siliconized release paper which allows quick and accurate installation.

Polystrip SA seals the roof deck seams and other construction details in compliance with project and/or building code requirements where a self-adhesive strip meeting ASTM D1970 standards is designated.

Polystrip SA may be covered with any Polystick or Polyanchor roofing underlayment or roofing felt. Polystrip SA can also be used as a general flashing membrane.

Typical Applications

  • Designed for applications on new or re-roof projects over roof deck joints
  • May be covered with Polyglass Polystick or Polyanchor underlayments
  • Can also be used as a general flashing membrane
  • Adhesion to plywood, OSB, metal and other approved substrates

Features and Benefits

  • “Seal the deck” joints from water intrusion.
  • Slip resistant walking surface.
  • Highly flexible and lay flat characteristics; transitions over uneven joints.
  • Asphaltic rubberized compound provides excellent sealability around nails.
  • Approved up to 250°F
  • Up to 60 days UV exposure.

Polystrip SA – Roof Deck Joint Tape Take-Off Calculator

Designed to help roofing professionals estimate how many rolls of Polystrip SA joint tape are needed based on the square footage of a roof. Estimates are based on standard measurements for plywood and joint spacing to calculate the total linear footage of deck joints and provide an accurate roll count.

VertiWrap® VPL LT

Vertiwrap VPL and VPL LT air barrier membranes permit the passage of water vapor, while acting as a barrier to air and liquid water. Vertiwrap VPL and VPL LT reduce the build up
of moisture in the wall assembly, increasing the wall durability and comfort of the building occupants. Vertiwrap VPL and VPL LT are compliant in a wide variety of NFPA285 wall
assemblies.

  • SWIFTSET Technololgy – rain ready in 30 minutes under ideal conditions*
  • Vertiwrap VPL LT can be applied at 20°F (-6.7°C) and rising
  • 12 months UV Exposure
  • Single pass application
  • 50 mils wet, 25 mils dry
  • Designed to be sprayed, rolled, or trowel applied
  • Monolithic membrane fully adheres to substrate virtually eliminating water migration
  • Sheds water while allow vapor to pass
  • Seals around fasteners used in brick ties, terminations bars, etc.
  • NFPA 285 compliant in most wall assemblies

Mapeproof®️ FBH

PRE-APPLIED, FULLY BONDED WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE WITH MULTI-LAYER TECHNOLOGY FOR BELOW GRADE APPLICATIONS

Mapeproof FBH is a fully bonded membrane for foundation waterproofing. It features an HDPE layer with multi-layer bonding technology, ensuring both adhesive and physical bonds with concrete. The PolyPropylene fibers enhance mechanical interlocking during the initial concrete curing process, reducing delamination risk when the concrete forms are removed. The unique fiber pattern increases bonding surface area, while SEALLap® Technology reinforces side laps for better adhesion. At 49 mils thick, it withstands foot and trade traffic, offering high durability. HDPE provides excellent resistance
to contaminants like methane and radon. Mapeproof FBH is easy to use for both horizontal and vertical applications, with a kick-out roll design for quick installation. It’s also Red List free, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
