What sets Modifleece™ apart is its self-adhesive layer, which ensures secure bonding to various surfaces, including Lightweight Insulated Concrete (LWIC), existing modified bitumen roofing systems, and in areas where superior wind uplift resistance is required, without the need for additional fasteners. This feature not only simplifies the installation process but also enhances the overall integrity of the roofing system, making watertight, tear-resistant seams easier to achieve.
Polyvap™ SA G
Polyvap™ SA G is a cutting-edge self-adhered vapor retarder developed for commercial low-slope roofing applications. Designed to manage and control vapor drive within roofing assemblies, Polyvap™ SA G provides essential protection against moisture penetration into the building envelope. Its unique formulation allowed for direct application to roofing substrates without the use of additional adhesives or fasteners, significantly streamlining the installation process.
Additionally, the reinforced fiberglass mat and aggregate-treated surface enhanced skid resistance, making it safer to work on during and after installation. Furthermore, Polyvap™ SA G boasted weather exposure tolerance, allowing it to be exposed to the elements for up to 90 days without compromising its performance, thus reducing potential delays in application due to phased construction or inclement weather conditions.
