PolyBrite 25 is a water-based, high viscosity, roller-grade, styrene acrylic elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane. PolyBrite 25 offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, and lower overall life cycle costs.
When applied in white, PolyBrite 25 is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures. The product’s flexibility allows it to expand and contract to accommodate normal roof movement, therefore avoiding surface damage.
