Modibase is a Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified bitumen roofing membrane reinforced with a fiberglass mat. The reinforcement is saturated and coated with a rubberized asphaltic compound with exceptional waterproofing and weathering properties. Modibase is designed for use as a base sheet for mechanically attached systems. Modibase may be used as a base and/or interply membrane for systems using hot asphalt or cold process adhesives.
