Elastoflex SA V Polar Base and Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap allow for roof system installation in temperatures that are between 25°F – 60°F (4°C – 16°C). The products have unique qualities that improve efficiency and are designed for long-term performance. Elastoflex SA V Polar Base is fiberglass-reinforced for excellent dimensional stability and is finished with laylines for ease of application. Elastoflex SA P Polar Cap has a UV-stabilized granule surface and is polyester-reinforced for exceptional puncture and tear resistance. Polar Cap also features patent pending SEALLap® Ultra and patented FASTLap® for immediate and more effective bonding of side and end lap seams, saving time and labor costs.
Elastoflex SA V membrane is a premium, self-adhered elastomeric base ply roofing product, manufactured using patented ADESOÒ Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology, whereby a “true” SBS modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer. Elastoflex SA V membrane is built with high performance reinforced fiberglass mat to ensure excellent dimensional stability.
Polyflex G is an APP (plastomeric) granulated cap sheet for low-slope roofing and specifically designed for heat welded applications. Polyflex G incorporates a superior non-woven polyester reinforcement which provides flexibility and dimensional stability as well as exceptional tear and puncture resistance. The proprietary APP (plastomeric) compound and durable construction provides long-term weathering performance. The top surface is granulated while the bottom surface has a factory applied burn-off film.
PolyFlash 1C is a one-component, moisture-cure silane modified polyurethane, white flashing compound designed for sealing various roofing and waterproofing details such as walls, curbs, vents, roof drains, pitch pans and unusually shaped penetrations. When combined with PolyBrite Reinforcing Polyester, this product can easily solve typical and challenging flashing needs.
